At Elk of Stonebridge, every item is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Soaps
  • Bath bombs
  • Sugar scrubs
  • Beard oils
  • Beard wash
  • Body sprays
  • Room sprays
  • Lip balms
  • Sage sticks
  • Palo Santo
  • Any opened or used personal care product

Additionally, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we will offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund, when appropriate

Apparel Returns

Unworn and unwashed apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Apparel must:

  • Be free of odors, stains, and pet hair
  • Include original tags (if applicable)
  • Be in resalable condition

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

If you need a different fragrance or size, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
