At Elk of Stonebridge, every order is carefully packed and prepared by hand. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
- Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping: Orders over $35.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
Elk of Stonebridge is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Weather-related shipping disruptions
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and damaged items.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos.
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
